MB-400 MANUAL BAGGING SYSTEM
RMGroup’s most popular bagging machine, the MB-400, is capable of filling pre-made bags up to 400 bags an hour. The MB-400 bagging machine comes complete with a 5m 3-tonne hopper, rubber trough conveyor feed belt, electronic load cell bag clamp, weigh indicator, 4m filled bag conveyor complete with guide panels, and an SH1000 continuous heat sealer.
The MB-400 manual bagging machine consists of the MB-300 hopper and shaker tray, with a filled bag conveyor and continuous heat sealer as supplied with the MB-500.
The open-mouth bagging system includes an impulse heat sealer for bagging Aggregates, Rock Salt, Wood Pellets, Fertiliser, Animal Feed and much more.
The MB-400 bagging machine can be integrated with a bulk bagging system. The system would utilise the same in-feed for the small bag and the bulk bag filling. RMGroup would supply a heavy-duty steel platform to which the small bagging system is mounted. The platform can be lifted away from the in-feed conveyor and replaced with the bulk bagging frame, weighing platform and control panel.
