BB-215 BULK BAGGING SYSTEM
RMGroup’s BB-215 is a robust bulk bagging machine designed to work with a variety of products, including the most abrasive. The FIBC filling machine includes a large 15-tonne capacity hopper, belt conveyor and a separate filling frame.
The integrated net weighing system will automatically switch off the system once the bag reaches the desired weight. Weighments can be easily set by changing the amount on the weigh indicator.
Operators simply place a standard 4 looped FIBC bag onto the filling frame. Once filled, FIBC’s are removed with a forklift truck.
All hoppers and conveying systems are guaranteed to withstand 20 years of service and are built to a very high standard. With a filling speed of 17 seconds this system can fill 2 bulk bags a minute and is suitable for Aggregates, Wood Pellets, Rock Salt, Animal Feed and Coal.
