When supply of the actuator is hydraulic instead of pneumatic, Hydraulic Scotch Yoke actuators series KSYH/KSYHM can perfectly be supplied.
These actuators are manufactured with the same rules and procedures than the pneumatic actuators, but for hydraulic drive.
