PIA AUTOMATION‘S DIGITAL BASE PACKAGE
The PIA Industrial App Suite piaIAS is a modular software package and contains applications to meet the challenges in system operation and in line optimization. PIA‘s tool - features address different user groups: They provide information, e.g. for line employees, evaluations for shift supervisors and the maintenance team or reports for management. The base package of piaIAS - the VISIBILITY BOX - consists of three apps that calculate key figures (KPI, OEE) and locates potential performance improvement. These are the basis for the downstream use of PIA‘s analysis tools for smart cost reduction and increased performance. Collectively all apps include the following: (1) Increasing digitization of the production, (2) futureproofing through modular, expandable structure, (3) reduction of travel by location and device independent access.
