Description of the FP 300 WMASTER formatting machine is historically the best selling model of our formatter saws. It uses advanced technical solutions from the FP 315 while maintaining compact dimensions. It is designed for medium sized day to day operations. The saw is manufactured in a format of 3000, 2500, 2000 and 1600 mm format tables. The precision cutter unit is derived from the main shaft drive but is completely independently adjustable. The spindle is height adjustable and is guided by a pair of lifting posts. With a 4 kW motor, it transfers power to a pair of V belts. The machine unit is suspended on half moons, which always ensures the same axis of the saw blade against the tables. The pull out support arm is based on the FP 315 model and therefore is designed for far higher loads. The formatting table moves on a ball system after hardened tapes.
