The NuPower™ 12B01A L- & S-Band Power Amplifier is a broadband, high-performance solid-state power amplifier module designed to have a very low SWaP profile. This unidirectional SSPA provides up to 50% module efficiency, delivering at least 10 watts of RF power for CW and near-constant-envelope waveforms in the L- and S-band frequencies of 1.0 GHz to 2.5 GHz, from a very small package.
