Multi-Axis CNC Milling

Our milling department features Fanuc Robodrills with 21 position automatic tool changers for maximum automation.One of these milling centers is equipped with a twin pallet shuttle system which allows the machine to keep working while additional setups or load/unload operations are completed.The Robodrill, coupled with a pallet changer, makes this model the ultimate production center. The optional rotary trunnion provides flexibility to rotate parts a full 360 degrees in the machine providing the ability to drill holes at various angles.Our three and four axis mills are well suited to deep and small hole drilling, thread milling and rigid tapping to 5000 rpm. The resulting production offers customers consistent, high production of quality components, and the elimination of costly secondary operations.
