Characteristics

• The differences between the spindle systems are distinguished by the type of linear guide. Depending on the application, you can choose from the following:
• ELT/ELK : roller guide on the outside of the profile. The wide carriage ensures a smooth running stable carriage with a large mounting surface.
• QST/QSK : profile rail guide on the inside of the profile. Most compact spindle system.
• DLT/DLK : double roller guide on the inside of the profile. Due to the double guide, a very stable and smooth running carriage.
• DST/DSK : double profile rail guide on the inside of the profile. The double guide and the profile rail guide ensure high rigidity.
• All spindle systems are equipped with a trapezoidal spindle (T) or a ball screw (K) with various spindle pitches. Repeat accuracy ± 0.2 mm / ± 0.025 mm for trapezoidal spindle systems and ball screw systems respectively
• A metal band ensures that the spindle and guide can move dust-free.
