Millitec’s Ultrasonic Sandwich Cutter (SKF) represents a major leap forward in cutting technology. The machine uses a titanium blade vibrating 20,000 times a second to achieve the perfect cut. A full kilowatt, about 1½ hp, of cutting energy is instantaneously available at the blade, allowing the machine to effortlessly cut even the most difficult of products with no distortion or tearing. With high speed gating, the Ultrasonic Cutter will operate at 60 sandwiches per minute. The blade cutting height can be adjusted via the integrated touchscreen, up to 125mm in sandwich height.
