At Midas we manufacture a variety of pipe checking fixtures for the automotive industry.

Using 2D drawings 3D data or pipe co-ordinate data we can design and manufacture your fixture within our CADCAM and CNC environment and complete the final assembly and finishing within our Patternshop.

We create a 3D CAD model from your supplied data and then CNC machine the fixture from polyurethane or epoxy tooling board, incorporating steel, aluminium and brass components as required.

All fixtures are produced to tight manufacturing tolerances and are fully inspected before release.

All customers receive a CAD model for their approval before we start to machine the fixture and every fixture is shipped with a comprehensive inspection report.

Any Midas manufactured fixture can be returned for re-calibration at any time
