Socket Set Screw

These screws can be used to secure an object against or within another object, including shafts, gears and pulleys. Socket set screws are fully threaded and are ideal for use in confined areas where the head needs to be below the surface or flush. Socket set screws are mostly used in mechanical applications. We offer set screws in different materials and finishes, which includes stainless steel (18-8 and 316), and alloy steel with black oil finish. The latter is a very high strength heat-treated alloy steel.
