Pan-head machine screws have short vertical sides and are slightly rounded. Flat heads are often countersunk, which means they have a flat top and are cone-shaped under the head. Oval heads are similar to flat heads, but they are rounded at the top instead. Truss heads are wider and have a rounded top and lower profile. We offer these screws with Phillips drives and they can be used with a Phillips screw driver. The machine screws come in different types of steel materials, including stainless steel (18-8 and 316) and zinc-plated steel.
