Safety transformer
The safety transformer supplies low voltages for SELV and PELV circuits on the secondary side. It has two separate windings and the no-load output voltage must not exceed 50 VAC and 120 VDC. Sizes are single-phase up to 10 kVA and multi-phase up to 16 kVA possible. The windings can be implemented using plug-in soldering lugs, transformer terminals or lugs.
