The STARCUTTER 318 and 348 are suitable for industrial processing quantities of frozen meat, fruit and other foods and cut the goods cleanly and gently even at temperatures down to -30 °C, with cutting thicknesses between 3 and 20 mm, depending on the choice of knife . With a cutting space of 350 x 650 x 820 mm (133 4" x 251 2" x 32 1⁄4"), these freezer cutters are designed for the parallel processing of two standard EURO or US blocks and thus achieve outputs of up to 8 tons per hour.
