The right machine for small and medium-sized companies with daily processing quantities of 6 - 8 tons. The machine is designed for standard Euro and US blocks. These reach the cutting area via a lifting bowl, where the frozen product is chopped up by the rotating knife roller into 6 to 20 mm pieces, depending on the choice of knife. The product can be removed using 200 l cutter wagons, which can be pushed under the machine from three sides.
