Training cell V-Classic

The modular structure of the training system can be used very flexibly. Due to the good expansion options , the training cell can always be kept up to date. The training cell consists of a welded frame, which provides a solid base for precise and demanding applications. The robot and the other assemblies can be positioned in different positions on the solid aluminum plate with fitted sleeves. Depending on the exercise, it is thus possible to set up and dismantle different training landscapes with repeat accuracy.

• ModularThe training cell is designed as an expandable modular system. You start with our entry-level model Basic - but you can easily upgrade this in further steps to your own system tailored to your needs.
• MobileThe cell can be moved easily and safely by using lifting rollers with an extendable foot.
• FlexibleDue to the large number of products from the UR+ range that are already coordinated and can be easily integrated, such as end effectors, cameras and special software, there are almost no limits to your ideas.
• VariableIn addition to school applications with template materials, realistic and practical production machines can also be implemented with the training cells due to the safety architecture.
• SafeOur training cell is designed as a safe cobot system. Due to the structure and the safety technology used, our cells meet safety standards and are delivered with a CE mark.

 The mobile training cell offers the possibility to implement different operating modes :

• Teach mode with enabling button
• Automatic mode with warning & safety area
• Cobot operation (possibly force measurement according to ISO TS 15066 required)
