Our Euro-Palletizer is the ideal cobot platform for all palletizing tasks. Due to its small footprint, it fits easily into almost any existing production system. The robot cell consists of a welded frame, which offers a solid base for precise and demanding applications. The robot and other assemblies can be positioned with repeat accuracy in different positions on the aluminum plate with fitted fitting sleeves . If required, the range of the cobot can be extended with an additional 7th lifting axis, which means that a maximum stacking height of 1800 mm can be achieved.
For precise or demanding tasks, the Euro-Palletizer can be expanded with a 2D or 3D camera system per pallet in order to feed parts or palletize boxes even more flexibly. In connection with a driverless transport system (DTS) or conveyor belts, the palletizing cell can be integrated into your intralogistics and is therefore an important component for future-proof and smart process automation.
If the mobile Euro-Palletizer is not always to be used at the same installation location and thus remains flexible, the robot system can be equipped with a docking system. This allows the cobot system to be positioned with repeat accuracy and safely in different automation processes.
The structure and the possibility of expansion with additional functions offer short assembly and commissioning times and make the robot system quick and flexible to use. With the two integrated safety area scanners, processes can be automated with an open safety concept in accordance with CE.
