Roll Spotting is done on load body of commercial vehicles.

• 2 nos Seam Welder is used and Mounted opposite to each other
• Both machine are movable according to the required distance between both Machines
• Minimum Distance between two machine -200 mm
• Machine will be interfaced to Roll Mill
• Set Minimum Spot Pitch – 50 mm
• Microprocessor based welding controllers
• Kirpekar make Water cooled Welding Transformer
• Encoder will be provide for Speed Synchronizing with ROLL MILL
• Max Speed – 5-6 Meter/Min
