Machine is used to mechanically crimp wire between commutator & tang.Welding Current heats the tang to burn enamel of the wire & make Electrical contact to the commutator.

Machine types:

• Hot stacking type
• Brazing process type

Basic Machine Construction:

• Steel frame, steel table top with levelling pads
• Welding heads – 2 nos.
• Machine suitable for slot and hook type armatures
