Our Flow Mach 3 Waterjet use a .04" stream of water compressed to 87,000 PSI to cut up to 6" thick material from mild to tool steel.

Water jet cutting is the process of high pressure water being forced through a small nozzle producing an extremely clean and precise cut. An advantage of water jet cutting is that it allows parts to be tightly nested maximizing yields. Water jet technology offers extremely accurate cuts of complex and intricate parts, efficient use of materials and less compression distortion. Another benefit of water jet cutting is that it is an excellent method for producing prototype and test parts or short production runs. Our water jet cutting capabilities offers fast, flexible and accurate methods of cutting including complex parts while maintaining the integrity of the material.
