Ideal for the storage and handling of smooth shafts or pipes.

Horizontal storage island. Composed of a modular frame capable of accommodating parts with a maximum length of 2120 mm. and up to 20 stations for a maximum diameter of 75 mm or 10 stations for a maximum diameter of 130 mm., with a maximum capacity of 5000 kg. Equipped with two conveyor chains with "V" systems for raw and finished products, it can handle a wide range of part dimensions. The large load capacity allows for excellent autonomy and warehouse loading and unloading operations can be quickly and safely completed without production downtime thanks to the photoelectric barriers incorporated in the frame. LEO is also a complete and ready-to-use robotic island, able to service most the machine tools. In turn, it can be moved from one machine to another.
