IMD uses state-of-the-art CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) equipment to create custom parts that perfectly match our customers’ designs. CNC technology utilizes computer-controlled automation to provide high-speed, high-precision performance, maintain tight tolerances, and provide perfect part-to-part and lot-to-lot repeatability. With 14 Haas VF2SS vertical CNC mills with 4-axis capabilities, we can deliver parts as large as 20” x 30” and with tight tolerances of ± 0.001” or better. Continual equipment upgrades keep IMD at the forefront of industry technology and enable us to deliver the highest quality precision parts for our customers.
