imc EOS

the alternative to the oscilloscope, the integrated high-speed measuring device for the MHz range - ideal for blasting tests, turbine and rocket tests through to e-mobility investigationsHigh-speed data acquisition and transient recorder

The new imc EOS stands for speed! With sampling rates of up to 4 MHz, even very fast dynamic processes can be precisely examined. Voltages, current transformers and IEPE sensors for acceleration, sound or force can be measured at four isolated measuring inputs. The areas of application are diverse: whether as a high-speed recorder for blasting tests, for measuring structure-borne noise and vibration, for analyzing switching processes on control units or for airbag and crash tests through to e-mobility investigations. The possibility of operating imc EOS together with other imc measuring systems is particularly attractive.

Fast and flexible measuring amplifier

imc EOS offers high-end measurement technology in a compact device. Four galvanically isolated precision measuring amplifiers ensure perfect signal quality even in electromagnetically demanding environments. Each measurement input has BNC and LEMO connections, which can be used depending on the sensor technology. Voltages up to ±100 V , IEPE/ICP sensors such as accelerometers, microphones or piezo-based force sensors can be measured. Precision current transformers are also supported. The recorded signals are digitized with 24 bits at up to 4 MHz per channel - the analog bandwidth extends up to 1.8 MHz. An optional channel-specific sensor supply with 2 watts per channel for feeding active sensors leaves nothing to be desired.

Secure storage

imc EOS can be equipped with up to 1 terabyte of integrated flash memory. This means that imc EOS can be used as an autonomous high-speed recorder without a PC. You can also conveniently configure, start and stop the system remotely via WLAN. The built-in solid state industrial memory ensures that the measurement data is stored securely internally, regardless of a fast network connection. Using a flexible, configurable trigger machine, the data can also be accurately reduced to relevant events. In addition, the data can be streamed to a PC via the Gigabit Ethernet interface for visualization and permanent archiving.
