Sinker EDM

We have an impressive array of machines with Sinker EDM capabilities to accomodate the most demanding of applications.  Our six-axis CNC Electrical Discharge Machines have 48-station electrode changers, and our large inventory of 3- to 7-axis machines have various take sizes to accomodate the many different sized parts for the Gas Turbine industry.Hi-Tek's 6000 gallon central dieletric system provides 3 microbe filtration.  With this state-of-the-art Sinker EDM technology, we can create rows of shaped cooling holes, rows of round cooling holes, slots, grooves, pockets, and notches.  The electrodes used in these operations are designed and built by Hi-Tek to match our customer's exact specifications and applications.
