CNC Grinding

Our complete grinding capabilities include continuous dress creep feed grinding, as well as 5-Axis super abrasive grinding.   Hi-Tek currently utilizes a total of 8 BLOHM, MAGERLE and CAMPBELL dress creep feed grinders.  The Campbell model 750 radial grinder, and a total of 14 5-Axis Super-Abrasive Grinders.  Two of our 5-Axis super-abrasive grinding cells are capable of automatic wheel and nozzle changing, as well as milling, drilling, and part probing.  Our central coolant filtration system provides for maximum uptime and provides capacity for future growth.
