The production of circular knives is a long lasting tradition in our company Herbertz. Since the year 1925 we are producing circular knives and round cutting knives "Made in Germany".

The manufacturing of circular knives must be adapted to the purpose of use. The selection of materials and the corresponding heat treatment are very important parameters. There fore one should adapt the cutting geometric to the desired cutting quality and to the intended use. The surface performance and the roughness depth should be adapted to the purpose of use of circular saws. We are in a position to manufacture the circular saw in a ground, brush polished or mirror polished execution. For some purposes of use coating of the circular saws proved one's worth. Further quality characteristics of circular saws are axial run-out, radial run-out and tolerances of the drilling.
