Gylon Style 3522 Diaphragm material is exclusive to Garlock and has passed the test of time in maintaining the quality and alignment. The product is made using best-in-class technology GYLON PTFE diaphragms resulting in excellent durability compared to other products in the competition.

Garlock Engineering offers protection against harmful chemicals and extreme climates up to +500°F (+260°C). Owing to its low space content, there is low infusion, extended life, and less chances of deterioration of process media and energy.

Extended span of diaphragm leads to process uptime and proves to be cost-effective in terms of low labor and less documentation costs. Similarly, a dependable diaphragm ensures enhanced equipment efficiency, equipment safety and eliminates chances of deterioration.

All chemicals including intense caustics and acids, hydrocarbons, chlorine and cryogenics match the FDA guidelines.
