The GYLON® ONE-UP® Pump Diaphragm is the perfect solution for sanitary needs in iir powered diaphragm pumps. Garlock provides the latest GYLON® ONE-UP version, which is specifically designed for the most challenging sanitary needs.

The GYLON® ONE-UP model is crafted with a unique GYLON® PTFE Diaphragm material and mated with an exclusive EPDM rubber backing. This collective architecture is similar to the patented rib architecture of the basic industrial GYLON® ONE-UP.

This diaphragm is compliant with the FDA and showcases the same chemical immunity and long service life as the industrial designed GYLON® ONE-UP except that this diaphragm cab be used in regulated and food needs. The GYLON® ONE-UP has the potential to outweigh existing diaphragms, but considering it is not as abrasive immune as the industrial version, it is recommended for non abrasive use only.
