Our custom forged steel bars provide great strength, ductility, and fatigue resistance. We can supply forged bars up to 45” with value-added services such as machining, heat treatment, and testing. PROCESS

Our open-die forging process guarantees forged bars with a minimum reduction ratio of 3 to 1.

• The manufacturing process includes an ingot cut pressed between two flat-faced dies.
• We press the material until it achieves its desired outside diameter and length.
• The result is a forged bar engineered for tough and demanding applications.
