Axial deep groove ball bearings consist of shaft washers, housing washers and ball and cage assemblies. The bearings are not self-retaining; This means that the ball race and bearing washers can be installed independently of one another. In addition to series with flat washers, there are also series with spherical housing washers to compensate for static angle errors. These versions are mostly used in connection with washers. Axial deep groove ball bearings are available on one side and two sides. Both versions absorb high axial forces, but must not be subjected to radial loads.
