FTC MIXER 170 - Centrifugal premixer
System for centrifugal pre-mixing of semolina/flour with water/egg, designed to reduce mixing times and to ensure perfect hydration of the same.
An optimal mixing is carried out by means of a reel made of stainless steel and equipped with adjustable blades. Thanks to the electronic management system with PLC and control panel, it is possible to automatically vary and monitor the various dosages of the ingredients, obtaining a perfect result.
