The Excelitas excimer module encapsulates excimer lamps with an integrated reflector, transverse discharge, and external electrodes that maximize lamp lifetime, all contained in a rugged but aesthetically pleasing modular design. Customized sizes are available, with smaller modules allowing for prototyping, tiling, or small work areas. Larger sizes allowing disinfection of larger areas with a minimal number of power supplies.

• 222nm narrow band wavelength is eye safe and effective at microbial disinfection
• Module geometry emits uniformly in a single plane for directional or surface treatments
