Our technical teams use intelligent software tools for component placement, interconnect position, and routing, and then use a hands-on approach to fine tune the details. Once the design is completed, we subject it to an intense review process, making adjustments as needed to ensure a sound design.
If you have an existing PCB design that needs modification, we can make updates that leverage newer methods and technologies. Thru-hole to surface-mount conversions enable you to take advantage of automated SMT production methods that reduce hand assembly and improve the accuracy of component placement. High-speed pick-and-place equipment, combined with automated soldering and testing, can lead to substantial manufacturing cost reductions, higher yields, and a more consistent level of quality. In addition, SMT components can be placed on both sides of the board, which allows for higher density designs that support the trend for smaller and smaller electronics.
Our standard deliverable incorporates a complete design package shipped directly to the customer. The complete package includes dimensional drawings, layouts, component placement files, a complete BOM, as well as manufacturing and assembly drawings. It also includes finalized PADS design file and all corresponding rights/ownership at no extra charge (many design houses maintain ownership or sell this for an additional cost). As a single source solution for printed circuit boards, we can also provide complete manufacturing and assembly.
