SILKWORM WRAPPING SYSTEMS

E80 Group has revolutionized the concept of wrapping palletized products with stretch film by introducing robotics combined with the 1000 mm film reel and the non-rotating head in this sector. The range of robotic wrapping systems ensures:

• 99.5% efficiency;
• 8 hours of autonomy thanks to the automatic change of the wrapping head;
• Total flexibility: possibility of wrapping pallets with the same quality with large dimensional variables;
• Low and constant maintenance TCO for 7 years;
• Possibility of using films from 15 to 50 µ;
• High production speed;
• Reduction in the use of film and energy consumption.

The use of the 1000 mm high film reel offers the following advantages:

• Reduction in the frequency of coil replacement;
• Stability, better anchoring of the product to the pallet, less reciprocal sliding of the product layers;
• Reduction of the risk of product deformation;
• Reduction of the number of winding turns;
• Reduction of the operating speed of the system and, consequently, of maintenance costs.
