The robots delicately handle both single packs and complete layers, eliminating the risk of damage to the products and allowing the flexible processing of various formats (packs, soles, bags, cartons ...) on different types of pallets (e.g. whole pallets , half palette, display palette, no palette ...). It can be used for toilet paper rolls, kitchen towels and folded products.
The DRAGON Tissue palletizing island is designed to be installed directly after the end of the packaging line and is completely accessible from the ground, therefore it does not need expensive platforms and eliminates the risks deriving from working at height.
Equipped with an easy-to-use human-machine interface (HMI) and the Auto-Pallet Pattern creation software, the Dragon Tissue robot is designed for a quick restart after a machine stop and is able to make format changes quickly and without adjustments mechanical.
