Types of services offered

Eascan Automation has full engineering capabilities to assess hazards and risks, develop remedial solutions such as hard guarding, engineered controls and awareness. Guarding is designed and installed keeping in mind machine acceptability, operator envelope and accessibility, ergonomics and robustness. Engineered controls are designed using the appropriate category of safety hardware (Rockwell Automation, Omron) for controlled and reliable circuits. Awareness is imparted through standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, decaling and signage as well as hands on training. Designing safety into machinery from the onset can increase the overall machine efficiency. At Eascan Automation, safety is always a focus and priority.
