Where applicable, we will specify the integration of Robotics or Vision Systems technology to achieve the needs of the project
Robotics provide a versatile means of actuating a work cell for assembly and work piece control.
Vision systems provide part recognition, quality control, fabrication and assembly support to the other actuations in the system.
Types of services offered
We use the latest, proven technology for performing multiple-axis motion control in production processes. We use Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and Schneider Servo Systems, and KUKA and ABB Robots. Furthermore, the use of Vision Systems (Cognex) allow us to error proof and quality control the production process where humans can’t (or shouldn’t).

We have 2 full time programmers on staff who have all of the software needed to support our systems, and others’ machines. Our programs are easy to follow, well-organized for future expansion and commented. You will also be provided with complete soft copies for your records.
