A single software platform, SM.I.LE80, regulates the storage systems, the peripheral input / output units and the LGVs / AGVs ensuring maximum performance, high flexibility and reliability.

The Smart Decision Maker software puts in dialogue the automatic warehouse in its complexity (battery-powered shuttles, satellite, racks) and integrates it with AGVs / LGVs automatic vehicles.

SMART STORE is characterized by multi-depth pallet storage and independent handling at each level. The combined use of shuttles and satellites offers high performance in safety. The power supply with lithium-ion batteries guarantees reduced maintenance costs and significant energy savings, thanks to the regenerative functions of the applied technology. A winning solution in terms of maximizing storage density, operating rates and system modularity. Furthermore, there is the possibility to automatically check all the batteries installed in the world on a daily basis, thanks to Flash Data Center, the software developed by Kaitek Flash Battery for Elettric80. The use of lithium batteries also allows the absence of wiring on the structure .
The Smart Store system is equipped with battery-powered shuttles that carry a satellite on board and each level works independently. The satellite collects and transports the vanes in the channels of the rack. The shuttles carry the satellite while recharging its battery . The rack is completely passive, therefore it involves low maintenance costs and reliable and safe operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To increase the degree of safety, innovative fire protection devices are available as an alternative to traditional sprinklers.

CRANE STORE stands out for the use of stacker cranes equipped with automatic product handling devices in single, double or multi-depth storage. The great heights that can be reached, exceeding 40 m , allow to increase the storage capacity per unit of surface. The adopted technological package ensures high dynamism, maximum reduction of energy consumption, minimization of maintenance costs.
