SOFTWARE
The movements of the AGVs and LGVs within the factory are managed by software designed ad hoc on the customer's needs.
Elettric80's SM.I.LE80 software platform is able to coordinate intralogistics flows and hardware systems , but also manual and robotic activities. It allows you to communicate with the customer's ERP and guarantees remote real-time supervision of the entire system.
3D MAPPING
All laser guided automatic systems can move quickly and with extreme precision even in the smallest spaces . Thanks to 3D Mapping technology, it is also possible to optimize the trajectories of AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLES AGVs and LGVs within greenfield (built from scratch by Elttric80) and brownfield (Elettric80 systems are integrated into an existing plant).
SAFETY
The vehicles are able to detect at 360 ° the presence of obstacles and people inside the environment in which they operate, making the work area totally safe thanks to the Proximity Laser Scanner (PLS) devices.
LITHIUM BATTERIES
All Elettric80 AGVs and LGVs are equipped with the latest generation lithium batteries with induction charging, a technology that maximizes system efficiency by reducing wear and battery recharging times.
