Dyson Corp manufactures dual-certified Heavy Hex nuts to 2H/DH and DH3/7 standards (A194/A563) for use in the highway construction and signage markets as well as waterworks, oil & gas, bridge construction, and other high strength structural applications. These nuts are manufactured of domestically poured steel in our Painesville, Ohio factory and qualify for Buy America projects. Heavy Hex nuts are stocked in sizes ranging from 1 ½” through 4” and can be custom manufactured up to 26” in diameter.

In addition to Heavy Hex Nuts, Dyson manufactures jam nuts, coupler nuts, square, flange, and a variety of locking nuts, as well as the proprietary Dyson D-Loc nuts used for liquid penetration and high vibration resistance. Nuts can be manufactured from a variety of materials in addition to carbon steel; Alloys, Stainless, Inconel, Monel, Titanium…the list is endless.
