Dyson started life in 1884 as a small forge shop in Cleveland, OH. Fast forward 100+ years and Dyson can forge virtually any material grade in any size up to 10,000 pounds and 24″ in diameter!
Commonly forged materials include carbon, alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, super alloys and a variety of exotic materials. Dyson supplies rough-machined forgings with material left for clean-up by our customers, finish machined parts by our in-house machine shop, or raw “black” or “tree bark” forgings.
An extensive range of open-die, mechanical, hydraulic, and hammer presses sets our capabilities apart from our competitors. We utilize high-speed parts formers to produce smaller, high-volume nuts and bolts, allowing us to provide domestically manufactured products at competitive prices.
Dyson is a one-stop shop. We design and build our own tooling, forge, heat treat, machine, assemble and inspect all of our products in-house. Our staff of technical experts is on call and ready and willing to help you with your project, big or small!
