Hot & Cold stamping
Hot stamping, also known as hot forming or press quenching, is the process of taking a hot sheet of metal and forming it while in a die, which also quickly cools or quenches it. The process converts low-tensile strength steel into very high-strength steel. The process causes wear, buildup, and softening of the die material. DYNA-BLUE PLUS and DYNA-MAX (DYNA-BLUE + PVD) have provided a solution to these problems by increasing resistance to wear, buildup, softening as well as providing better material flow and release properties.Benefits of DYNA-BLUE PLUS™
