DME Cool One manifold system

The DME Cool One manifold system is a group of standard componets that can be designed and assembled into a mould enabling precise temperature control throughout the entire system.

Material is injected into a DME heater nozzle locator and the uniqueness heating of the material from the “inside out” using DME probes is the perfect solution for accurately controlling manifold temperatures. This system is ideal for split plate mould design when the mould has many colour or material changes which enables the cull material to be removed.
