For those instances where design or volume are better suited, Die-Cut Products has state of the art waterjet cutting equipment to provide you with custom gaskets and shims. These machines can cut virtually any material, and with dual heads can cut up to two parts at once! And unlike a laser, the waterjet machines help to eliminate thermal or mechanical stress (no heat invasion).

Depending on the materials being cut, we can cut up to 6″ thick, with ± 0.005″ accuracy (material and thickness dependent). For parts that are produced burr-free, quick and easy importing of your CAD/CAM or DXF files, and the fastest cutting, waterjet is the way to go. Whether you are cutting soft plastic or hard alloys, the versatility of the waterjet machine allows Die-Cut products a cost effective production method at every turn.
