Shims are typically used to help align mating parts, make them fit together properly, or reduce wear & tear. Once you determine they are needed, they become a critical part of the final assembly of your product. Our custom shims are manufactured to help bring the final assembly into specification.

Die-Cut Products has been providing tight tolerance shims for three generations. Our shims are available in a wide range of thicknesses, tempers and finishes. We offer steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, zinc, monel and many exotic metals. And we can also provide non-metal shims, too!

By utilizing the latest in die-making and stamping technology, extremely tight tolerances can be maintained in the production of both custom metallic and plastic shims. In many cases we can provide parts as accurate as ±0.0005″ whether it is one piece, or one million pieces.
