DT connector developed

Data panel connection cables from the MDC family are perfectly designed for lifelong use on mobile machines. On the one hand, the encapsulated DT plugs snap into our xtremeDB CAN I/O modules easily and without tools and are permanently tested for protection classes IP65, IP67 and IP69K when plugged in.

On the other hand, sensors can be easily connected via overmoulded M12 connectors. To connect hydraulic valves, we offer a wide range of cast or overmoulded valve plugs, JPT plugs, Superseal plugs and DT plugs. The PUR jacket material of the connecting cables withstands the most adverse environmental conditions and is specially designed for outdoor use.

Conclusion: Our pre-tested MDC connection cables are a real alternative to the cable harness. They save you as a machine builder a lot of time during installation and troubleshooting. In the case of service, the pluggability shows its true customer benefit. Mobile automation, plugged in - what else!
