CENTRIFUGAL FANS
Designed to handle clean air or lightly contaminated airstreams, Daltec Centrifugal Fans are used mainly in ventilation systems and on the clean side of dust collectors. Available in single width (SWSI) and double width (DWDI) designs, these highly efficient fans use formed spinnings or custom contoured inlets to ensure uniform airflow into the impeller. Backward inclined or airfoil impellers feature non-overloading horsepower characteristics.
VARIOUS SIZES FOR VARIOUS TASKS
Daltec centrifugal fans are available in a wide assortment of sizes from 105 (10.5 inches diameter) through to 982 (98.25 inches in diameter) and class constructions 1 to 4. Fans can be custom designed to a customer’s specification for either or both custom performance or construction related custom tailoring.
Fan drive arrangements are similar to the industrial exhaust fans with the addition of Arrangement 3 in both SWSI and DWDI also being available.
IMPELLER DESIGNS
Daltec offers two impeller designs in our family of centrifugal fans.
The Backward Inclined (BI) model of impellers are available in single width (SW) and double width (DW) designs in construction class 1 through 4.
Our Airfoil (AF) impellers are available in single width (SW) and double width (DW) designs in construction classes 1 through 4.
SPECIALTY CENTRIFUGAL FANS
Plug and plenum fans suitable for a variety of ventilating applications are available from Daltec.
Plug fans can be designed for high heat application up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, while In-line centrifugal fans can also be made as vertical roof exhausts or supplies.
