Slow speed bottle filling

As part of our bottling range, CWM Automation are capable of building slow speed bottle filling lines. These lower speed lines offer accurate and reliable filling, eliminating the risk of product spillage. Filling up to 60 bottles/min, these bottling lines will typically combine manual processes of bottle loading with an automatic filling system.Customers can choose the number of filling heads, as well as conveyor length and conveyor width, which can be made fully adjustable using single point guide rail systems. Cap unscrambler feeds can also be incorporated onto bottle filling lines to orientate and deliver caps to the capping system.
