Medium speed bottle filling

CWM Automation’s medium speed bottling lines can achieve speeds of up to 60-120 bottles/min. Typically designed for products with a higher viscosity, our medium speed bottling lines offer increased throughput, as well as accurate filling. Medium speeds also allow for more automatic stations throughout the line, including bottle unscramblers and automated end of line packing.Customers can choose the number of filling heads, as well as conveyor length and conveyor width, which can be made fully adjustable using single point guide rail systems. Cap unscrambler feeds can also be incorporated onto bottle filling lines to orientate and deliver caps to the capping system.
