CHEMICAL CLEANING AND CLEANROOM PACKAGING

CMT provides chemical cleaning and cleanroom packaging services for the semiconductor industry according to international standards.

The company is also approved by Applied Material as a chemical cleaning and cleanroom packaging supplier for the following specifications:

CHEMICAL CLEANING

CMT provides chemical cleaning services for aluminum and stainless steel.  Additionally we provide selective chemical cleaning on plastic parts.  The chemical cleaning process uses chemicals, which are placed in contact with the part surface, to clean and remove any unwanted contaminants.  The chemical cleaning might be required as a complementary process after stamping, before painting, or in combination with any other finishing process.

CLEANROOM PACKAGING

CMT has an expanded class 1000 cleanroom where we process numerous packaging applications for the semi-conductor industry as well as other industries who have valuable products that require a high degree of cleanliness after production.
